My PUBG Mobile account was banned for 10 years because it was hacked, and the hacker used cheats on my account. Now, I am permanently banned for something I didn’t do.

I have contacted PUBG support multiple times, explaining the situation, but they refuse to lift the ban. My account was stolen, exploited, and then banned—yet I am the one being punished instead of the real cheater.

PUBG Mobile, fix this now! I have done everything I can to prove my innocence, but I keep getting ignored. If any PUBG Mobile official sees this, please review my case and remove the unfair ban immediately!
