I want to raise awareness about unauthorized charges linked to Proxima Beta and PUBG Mobile subscriptions. Many users, including myself, are seeing unexpected amounts withdrawn from their cards. When I first saw a ₺30.99 charge, I assumed it was for the standard Premium subscription. But when I noticed charges for ₺309.99, I realized this was for Premium Plus, and I don’t recall ever subscribing to that tier.
If you’ve ever signed up for a PUBG Mobile membership, it’s important to know that these subscriptions auto-renew monthly, often without a clear warning. You’ll need to cancel it manually via Google Play Store. Also, if any charge was made without your consent, make sure to remove your saved card information from the platform immediately.
I strongly recommend using a virtual card for game payments, and disabling e-commerce when it’s not in use to avoid surprise deductions. Still, this kind of system—where players are charged without transparent consent—is misleading.
PUBG and Proxima Beta, you need to inform users more clearly about automatic renewals and give them more control over their subscriptions. Refund unauthorized charges and offer better in-app management for these settings.
