Pre-Ordered PUBG Mobile Elite Royale Pass Plus—Didn't Receive Full Benefits
Before the new season started in PUBG Mobile, I pre-ordered the Elite Royale Pass Plus, expecting to receive all the promised rewards when the season began. Now that the new season has started, nothing has been credited to my account! I only received a 25-level RP card, which I used to reach level 25. But I had paid for the 100-level package and should have immediate access to all the levels without having to grind through time and tasks. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. I invested my money expecting to get the full benefits, but instead, I'm being forced to spend additional time to unlock what I already paid for. PUBG Mobile, please resolve this issue immediately and credit my account with the full benefits of the Elite Royale Pass Plus as promised. I shouldn't have to wait or work extra to receive what I already purchased.
