PUBG Mobile Elite Pass Issue: RP Pre-order Not Activated

A few days ago, I placed a pre-order for the RP as soon as it was available in PUBG Mobile, but unfortunately, the Elite Pass has not been activated yet. I've been working on this issue all day, trying to figure out if I made any errors, but everything appears to be in order. Can someone please help me with this problem? Could someone in a position of authority please take a moment to address my current predicament?
