PUBG Wrongfully Banned My Account After It Was Hacked and I Need It Recovered

I am extremely frustrated and heartbroken with what happened to my PUBG account. My account was hacked, and the person who stole it used cheats, leading to my account getting banned. I spent so much time, effort, and money building up that account, and now all of it feels wasted because of something I did not do.

It’s incredibly unfair that I am the one being punished when I had no involvement in the cheating activity. I have been trying for a long time to get my ban lifted, but so far, nothing has been done. I can’t access my account at all, and it feels like everything I worked for has been taken away from me.
