I Bought 360 UC in PUBG But Didn’t Receive It or Get Any Confirmation

Yesterday, I purchased 360 UC for my PUBG account, but I haven’t received anything—not even a confirmation message or notification. There was no update, no in-game delivery, and no communication to let me know what’s going on. I paid using transaction ID 5912****25, and the amount was fully deducted from my account.

I expected either an instant delivery or at least a message explaining a delay. But it’s been silence. Now I’m left without the UC I paid for and without any support from PUBG’s end.

PUBG, I’m asking for immediate help. Either send me the 360 UC I paid for or issue a full refund of the ₺ amount withdrawn. If the UC has been delivered, then at least notify me properly. I shouldn’t have to chase what I rightfully paid for.
