I Face PUBG Mobile UC Purchase Overcharge on Apple and Need Refund

On April 3, 2025, at 11:33 AM, I purchased 325 UC in PUBG Mobile through Apple. The actual transaction, however, charged my account an extremely high amount of ₺7,999.99, which is far beyond what I should have paid. During the purchase, the app froze, and I received an error message, so something clearly went wrong with the payment process.

I first contacted Apple customer service, but they redirected me to PUBG support. When I reached out to PUBG support, they redirected me back to Apple. As a result, I have been stuck between the two without a solution.

This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I only want to be charged the correct amount for 325 UC. I am requesting that the excess charge be refunded immediately and that my billing be corrected. I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
