I was trying to purchase UC in PUBG Mobile but accidentally ended up buying an E-PIN instead. I genuinely didn’t know what an E-PIN was or how it worked—I simply wanted to buy UC through the game. Now I’m stuck with something I don’t understand, can’t use, and have no idea what I gained from it.
All I want is for the E-PIN to either be canceled or converted into the UC I originally intended to buy. I’ve spent my money expecting in-game currency, and now I’m left with confusion and frustration instead.
