Protherm Puma Condens 18/24 Combi F32 Error
My Protherm Puma Condens 18/24 boiler, which was installed only a few months ago, unfortunately, experienced a breakdown and is now showing the F32 error code. The service team arrived and informed me about the need for a part replacement. However, I have been waiting for that part since December 27. Whenever I reach out to the service, they inform me that the desired part is currently unavailable at the factory. Upon calling again, they mention that an order has been placed, but unfortunately, it is not in stock and may take up to a month to arrive. When reaching out to customer service, it seems that the issue is often just passed back to the service team. During this winter season, we find ourselves in a situation where we are left without access to hot water or heating. It's frustrating that we're facing such a difficult situation and there seems to be no one available to listen to our concerns.
