Promova Overcharged My Card During a Trial Subscription
I approved a trial charge to try Promova’s language learning service. However, instead of the stated fee of around $6, more than $32 was charged to my account. This transaction took place about one week ago. I canceled my card, but my bank told me the transaction may have already gone through. Since my new card has not arrived yet, I cannot get clear information from the bank, and I do not yet have an invoice or order number. I completed the transaction through Promova’s own website, and I have been unable to reach customer support.
I am requesting a refund of the excess amount that was charged and want all membership and subscription processes to be canceled. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
