Promova Charged Me Again Without Consent Despite No Service Access
Three months ago, I purchased a subscription from Promova. I completed the payment, but I was never granted access to the service I paid for. On February 6, I sent a short message to report the issue, expecting a resolution. Instead, without my request or approval, Promova suddenly renewed my subscription and withdrew another payment from my credit card.
After contacting my bank and going through extensive back-and-forth communications, I confirmed that the charge indeed originated from Promova. This was the final straw—I immediately canceled my credit card to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
I am asking for one of two things: either an immediate refund of the amount that was wrongly taken, or for the service I initially paid for to be granted without further delay as an extension of my original subscription.
It is completely unacceptable to be charged for something I never received. I demand that this issue be addressed urgently and that Promova stops billing customers without their explicit consent.
