Promova Charged My Card $30 Without Any Subscription or Consent
I downloaded the Promova language learning app through the App Store. Even though I did not create an account and Promova does not appear in my subscriptions, a payment of $30 was charged to my credit card on August 17, 2025. Being charged despite not starting any membership has caused me harm.
I tried to contact Promova, but I was unable to find any customer service phone number. To resolve this issue, I am requesting that the charged amount be refunded to me.
I am expecting an urgent response and resolution regarding this matter.
