Promova Charged Me for a Year After I Bought a 7-Day Subscription

Even though I purchased a 7-day subscription from the Promova app, it was converted into an annual subscription, and the fee was charged to my credit card. I want to cancel it. I have been sending emails for this purpose, but I have not received any response. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call either. I hope someone sees this here.
