Promova Charged My Card Again After I Requested Cancellation

After my one-month subscription with Promova ended, I sent an email to the page they directed me to in order to cancel my subscription, but I never received any response. Instead, another $31 was charged to my credit card without my consent. I am requesting a refund of this charge and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I do not want to continue this membership under any circumstances.
