Unauthorized Annual Subscription Charge by Promova
I started a trial membership in the Promova mobile app. However, today an annual membership fee of $95 was charged to my account without any approval from me. I immediately canceled my subscription, and the email address I used in the app is s*******@gmail.com**. I completed the transaction through the App Store.
I am requesting that this charge be refunded to me as soon as possible.
