I Paid Promova for 3 Months but Got Charged Again Before It Ended
On January 20, 2025, a charge of ₺1624.95 appeared on my credit card under the name iyzico-english-improve, linked to Promova. This was extremely frustrating because I had already purchased a 3-month subscription back on October 28, which had not even expired yet. Despite that, they charged me again—without warning, without consent, and completely out of the blue.
How can a company process an unauthorized early renewal before the active subscription period is even over? It makes no sense. I feel deceived and taken advantage of, especially since there was no clear notice, reminder, or consent confirmation involved.
I am urgently requesting a full refund of the ₺1624.95 they took from my account. Promova needs to respect customers’ payment terms and stop charging people prematurely. This is not how a trustworthy service operates.
