If you paid Promova but never received access;
• Contact Promova support via email or in-app/website support and explain that payment was successful but access was not granted
• Provide your account email, payment receipt or transaction ID, payment date, and screenshots showing lack of access
Ask them to;
• Verify the payment status in their system
• Activate your paid access immediately
• Refund your payment if access cannot be provided
If the problem persists;
• Keep all receipts, screenshots, and correspondence and post a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
