Prezi Free Trial Cancellation Request Not Processing Properly

April 13, 2025 9:55 PM36

I signed up for Prezi’s 7-day free basic training package but decided to cancel my subscription before it renewed. When I went to the cancellation page, I was asked, “Why do you want to cancel?” and provided my answer. However, after that step, nothing happened and no confirmation appeared on the screen. I am very concerned because I do not want to be charged after the trial ends, and I clearly requested to cancel. The cancellation process should be transparent and simple, yet it feels incomplete and misleading. I request immediate confirmation that my subscription has been canceled and that no charges will be applied to my account. I also ask Prezi to fix this issue so that other users do not experience the same problem. Please assist me urgently, as I do not want to face any unauthorized charges.
