Prezi Free Membership Cannot Be Canceled Due to System Error
I signed up for a free membership on Prezi and just a short while ago successfully downloaded a slide. After that, I decided to cancel my membership, but the site will not allow me to do so. I even recorded my screen during the cancellation attempt as proof—when I click the “continue” button to finalize the cancellation, the page turns into a blank white screen and nothing happens.
This technical failure prevents me from properly canceling my account, which is both frustrating and concerning. Users should not have to worry about being stuck with a membership they no longer want.
I urgently request that my membership be canceled immediately and that written confirmation be provided once this is done. Prezi must fix these cancellation errors so customers are not trapped in memberships against their will.
