On April 28, 2023, I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses from Atasun Optik. Within a year, both the frame and lenses became scratched. When I took the sunglasses back to Atasun Optik, they informed me they would send them to Prada. Today, I received a message stating that my warranty claim was denied. The warranty certificate clearly states that all parts are covered. I do not accept this outcome and have filed complaints with the appropriate authorities. I expect a positive response from Prada.
