Prada SPR 14W Temple Logo Wears Off Leaving Permanent Stain on Frame

I have been using the Prada SPR 14W 54D 19 2AU-5Y1 140 3P model sunglasses that I purchased from the İstanbul Marmara Forum Opmar Optics store for approximately 2 years. The brand lettering on the temple of the glasses wore off on its own, leaving a black stain in its place. This situation has both ruined the appearance of the product and caused me deep disappointment regarding quality for such an expensive and high-reputation brand item.

After noticing this problem, I called the store on June 20 to report the issue. I was provided with pricing information for a paid repair service; however, I believe this issue stems from the material and craftsmanship quality of the product itself, rather than user error. Therefore, I refuse to accept any fee demand.

I demand from Opmar Optics a free replacement of my sunglasses with a new pair, in a manner befitting the image of the brand I purchased. I kindly request that the hardship I experienced be investigated as soon as possible and a solution prioritizing customer satisfaction be provided.
