Prada Sunglasses Logo Falls Off Frame After Just 13 Months of Careful Use

Relying on its quality and brand reputation, I purchased Prada brand sunglasses from Opmar Optics. Despite normal and careful use, the Prada logo on the front frame fell off after only about 13 months.

Following this, I sent the product to the authorized service center for inspection and repair. However, I was verbally informed that because the sunglasses are no longer in production, the logo part could not be supplied, and therefore no repair could be performed.

For a product in the luxury segment purchased at a high price, having the logo fall off in such a short period is unacceptable. Furthermore, the fact that production of the product has ceased does not justify leaving the consumer empty-handed. For a product recently sold or whose sales are ongoing, adequate spare parts and repair services are expected to be provided for a reasonable timeframe.

This experience raises serious doubts regarding product durability and after-sales service quality. Due to the inability to repair the product, I demand that my hardship be resolved through a replacement, a full refund, or a solution of equivalent quality and value.

I request that the necessary evaluation be conducted and that a satisfactory resolution be provided to me as soon as possible.
