Undelivered Vivense Kitchen Table Set
It's been five months. I purchased a kitchen table set, and no one has reached out to me. Every week, I call, and each time, they assure me, 'Not this month, maybe next month,' but my table is still nowhere to be seen. This company has now etched its place in conscience. I paid upfront and didn't even opt for installments. I believe there are many others suffering like me. I want the current table's price as my payment. They refuse. Every time I call, they say, 'The product is in the preparation stage; let's talk to the workshop, and we'll get back to you,' but no one has gotten back to me so far. It's always me making the calls. Excuses every time. Just called, and they said 'January 5 or 9.' Now they're saying 'February 5 or 9.' I do not forgive them for this injustice.
