Porsche Taycan 2021 Heating Issue and Updates Denied by Service
I own a 2021 Porsche Taycan, and all scheduled maintenance at 15,000 km and 30,000 km was completed at the authorized service center. My car is currently at 45,000 km. After an accident in 2022, replacement parts were purchased from Doğuş Oto and repairs were done at a private service.
Today, I visited Doğuş Oto Çankaya to report that my car’s heating system is not working and to inquire about updates. I was informed that all Porsche Taycans were recalled for updates, but mine wasn’t included. The service refused to take responsibility for any issues caused during updates and demanded a written waiver in case the car stops functioning after the process.
I find this unacceptable. As a Porsche Taycan owner, I expect my car to receive all necessary updates and repairs, including fixing the heating system. I will escalate this complaint to the relevant authorities if this is not resolved promptly.
