Porsche Service Center Keeps Taycan 4S Two Days Only to Perform Basic Maintenance
On July 30, I brought my Taycan 4S to the Esenyurt Porsche authorized service center for routine maintenance, to have an issue with the electric braking system inspected, and to address a complaint that the air conditioning was not blowing cold air. However, throughout the entire process, my issues were not resolved, and I was forced to pay a substantial amount of money.
My vehicle was kept at the service center for two days just for basic procedures like replacing the brake fluid and windshield washer fluid. Staff stated that they could not identify the cause of the electrical brake system failure, were unable to find the source of the problem, and provided no clear explanation. Regarding the A/C not blowing cold air, they stated that it needed to be refilled with refrigerant gas, quoting $662 for the job. Even after refilling the gas, the A/C still failed to blow cold air; nevertheless, I was charged approximately $529 for this procedure. In the end, despite paying a total of approximately $2,647, neither my braking system issue was resolved nor was my A/C fault fixed.
Throughout this process, the extremely indifferent and sullen attitude of the staff member assigned to me, M**** S, further added to my dissatisfaction. I received no clear or satisfying explanation regarding the procedures performed or the fees charged. No concrete or definitive information was shared regarding the pricing or the technical issues I experienced. Although I brought my vehicle to the authorized service center specifically trusting their expertise, I lost both time and significant money, and my issues remain completely unresolved.
I demand that the authorized service center provide a detailed and clear explanation regarding the charges billed and the work performed, refund the fees for any procedures deemed unnecessary, and permanently fix the electrical brake system and air conditioning faults in my vehicle without requesting any additional charges.
