Porsche Denied Replacement Vehicle Before Warranty Expired
I have been a loyal Porsche owner for years, but my recent experience with the Antalya Başaran authorized service has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle’s warranty is set to expire on June 12, and I needed to bring it in for warranty extension and maintenance before then. I contacted the service on May 27-28 to schedule an appointment for June 10-11. However, they informed me that no replacement vehicles would be available for 30-32 days and offered no solution.
As a Porsche customer, I expect superior service and support, especially when I’m traveling 140 km (a total of 280 km round trip) and paying approximately ₺210,000 for their services. Denying a replacement car during such a critical period sends the message that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
If I had chosen BMW or Mercedes instead of Porsche, I wouldn’t face such service issues. Porsche needs to reconsider its approach to customer care, or they risk losing loyal clients like me. I demand a resolution and proper service before my warranty expires.
