Porland Dinnerware Falling Short Despite the Price

I'm getting ready for my wedding, and I ordered a dinnerware set that I loved for my new home. It wasn't in stock in the store, so it was sent from the central warehouse. I asked for an exchange because some of the pieces were broken or had small stains or scratches. The new set came, but there were still pieces that didn't work, and they were the same ones that didn't work before. For the second exchange, I only sent back the pieces that were broken. I asked for better quality control separately over the phone and in writing. Disappointingly, the third set I got had the same flaws as the first two. I'm about ready to cry. I spent a lot of money on something I really liked, but now I'm too tired to find a solution. Getting what you paid for shouldn't be this hard. It's hard to believe that a well-known company like Porland could have quality control filters that are so bad. Porland used to be a brand that I always trusted, but now I don't. I can't say enough about how disappointing it is when you don't get what you paid for. Porland, you've disappointed us.
