IKEA Does Not Stand Behind the Defective Product I Purchased
I recently bought a dining set from Ikea, and the whole thing has made me feel pretty bad. At first sight, the set looked good, but when I started using it, I saw that the materials were way too weak for anything that is supposed to last. It feels like the chairs are going to break every time I sit down, and eventually, they did. I told Ikea about the problem and even sent them pictures and videos of the damage, but they wouldn't accept that the product was broken and wouldn't let me return it. I really thought a brand that claims to be trustworthy would do better. It's annoying to spend money on something that doesn't even do what it's supposed to do.
