Damaged Tea Cup Set Sent to Me by Porland
Porland sent me broken items, so I contacted customer services. I informed them that I received a broken teacup and salt shaker. Additionally, the other teacups had damaged parts. However, the representative said, "I checked the photos you sent, and it's normal. They are not broken." Am I lying? She behaved rudely. She wanted me to send back all the products I bought but didn't even offer an apology or compensation. When I mentioned making a complaint about the situation, she simply responded, "It's okay, it's your choice." A customer service representative should be more respectful and professional. My experience with Porland shopping was a major disappointment. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this brand. It was just grunt work for me.
