Popeyes Sent My Online Order Wrong and Incomplete



Today (July 14th) at 17:24, I ordered Popeyes through the Trendyol food app. My order was an opportunity pop chicken menu for 2 people. While my order was supposed to be delivered within 25-35 minutes, it was delivered at 18:27. I specifically stated in the notes that it should be complete, but what I received was only fries and nuggets. No 2 pop chicken sandwiches, no tenders, no onion rings, 2 pieces of hot wings and 2 extra sauces. I ordered ice tea peach and they sent lemon. So it was completely unrelated to my order. When I connected to Trendyol support, they said that they could not direct the courier, they could only make a refund, which would be credited to my account within 2-10 business days. There is no such nonsense. Zero interest, the huge trendyol is not interested in any way and only says that it will be refunded in 10 days. I didn't know whether I was hungry or disgraced with my money. I will never order from trendyol food and popeyes again. I will also attach a photo, they made an invoice unrelated to my order just so. Shame on you, I can't say anything else.
