I used to play Point Blank and now I can’t access my account. I no longer have access to the email address linked to the account, and I also don’t remember the security question as the account is quite old. I contacted the game’s support team through their ticket system, providing my in-game nickname and the most recent password I used, but they haven’t been able to help.

I’m frustrated because I’ve provided all the information I can, yet they’re not helping me regain access to my account. I just want access to my own account. Please link it to an active email address so I can use it again. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue.
