I purchased a Poco F7 (256 GB) from the Evofone seller on Trendyol on September 22, 2025, and since the first week, I’ve been experiencing severe battery drain and overheating issues. The device loses charge very quickly and heats up noticeably — both during normal use and gaming sessions. These issues become even more pronounced while playing games.
I haven’t yet contacted technical support or customer service, but I’ve noticed that many other users of this model are facing the same problems, which suggests that this might be a widespread issue. My device is still under warranty, and I have the invoice available.
I request that this problem be resolved urgently through a software update and that my situation be addressed as soon as possible to avoid further inconvenience.
