Pocket Broker Deposit Expired but Money Not Refunded

I made a deposit to my Pocket Broker account using Maya on 30 September 2026 at around 5:15 p.m. I paid 750 pesos from my Maya account and the transaction in Maya is marked as completed, but in Pocket Broker it shows as expired and the amount was never credited to my account. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my Maya balance, I have not received any refund back to Maya and the money is effectively stuck. When I contacted Pocket Broker, they said they did not see any problem, even though my Maya receipt clearly shows a successful payment for this transaction. I request that the 750 pesos taken from my Maya account for this expired Pocket Broker deposit be refunded back to my Maya balance as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided about where this money went and how it will be resolved.
