JP Morgan Swift Transfer Delay – Funds Stuck for Over Two Weeks Without Updates
On March 18, 2024, I initiated a USD transfer via Enpara, which was routed through JP Morgan as the intermediary bank. It has now been 14 days, and the money has not reached the intended account nor has my refund request been addressed. I feel like my funds are being deliberately withheld.
Enpara claims there’s nothing they can do, leaving me stranded, while JP Morgan is completely unresponsive. There’s no communication via email, and I cannot determine the status or location of my money. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.
JP Morgan and Enpara need to take responsibility and resolve this immediately. I demand a clear explanation, a refund, or the successful completion of my transfer without further delay.
