Tether Refuses Refund After Customer Accidentally Wires 582 Euros
During my interactions with Tether, I was supposed to deposit $150 on June 9, 2026, but I accidentally transferred 582 Euros by wire instead. Right after making the mistake, I contacted Tether via email, explained the situation, and requested a refund for the overpaid amount. They requested a suitable crypto wallet address to process the refund, and I provided all the requested information in full.
Despite having all the receipts and correspondence, the 582 Euros was never refunded. About a week later, they informed me that they would no longer work with me and wanted to close the matter, after which they completely ignored my emails. Although I waited patiently and in good faith for the refund of the extra amount, they offered no concrete solution or response.
I demand that Tether refund the full €582 that I accidentally sent and have repeatedly requested back, without delay or any deductions, to the account I originally transferred it from.
