Türk Telekom Charged Me Even After I Canceled My Playweez Service

About nine months ago, I sent a message to 3699 from my Türk Telekom postpaid line (number 0535********23) to request a cancellation and received a confirmation message stating that it was canceled. However, despite this, I was still charged a bill of 239₺. On the same day, I tried to reach customer service both via message and by phone to confirm my cancellation, but I couldn’t get through — the 850 number was constantly busy. Although I requested the cancellation of the bill, it was still issued, and no solution has been provided. I have not paid the bill yet, and since I have an automatic payment order, I am requesting the cancellation of this bill to avoid any issues. If this problem is not resolved, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
