I purchased the Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition through the Play Store, but the E-pin for the game was not delivered. My order number is 3305225. Despite reaching out to customer service, they seem completely indifferent to resolving the issue. I have been waiting for the delivery, but there has been no communication or progress. This level of neglect is unacceptable for such a high-profile platform. If my order is not fulfilled immediately, I will escalate this issue and file a formal complaint. I expect Play Store to address this matter promptly and deliver the E-pin as promised.
