I Bought Razer Gold from Playstore.com but Didn’t Receive the Code

I purchased Razer Gold via Playstore.com (Order No: 3443584) and was expecting to receive the code instantly, as is standard with digital orders. However, nothing was sent to me. I’ve never experienced anything like this before—this is supposed to be an automated process. I paid expecting a quick delivery and instead, I’ve been left waiting with no communication or follow-up.

This delay is completely unacceptable. I need my Razer Gold code delivered immediately. There’s no excuse for this kind of lapse, especially from a platform that claims to be reliable. I’ve already paid, and there’s no product in return. If the system is faulty, fix it. If the code was supposed to be sent, send it now.

I’m urgently requesting that my Razer Gold code be delivered as soon as possible. I expect a resolution without having to chase customer support endlessly. Do what’s necessary and send the code I paid for.
