Missing Activation Code for Steam Game Purchased on Playstore

On Monday, November 25, 2024, at 12:24 AM, I placed an order on Playstore.com, but the activation code for my purchase is missing from the order details. Despite the payment being processed successfully, I have yet to receive the activation code for my Steam game.
My order number is 3308267, and I expect the issue to be resolved promptly. It is frustrating that I paid for the product but cannot access it due to this oversight. Please ensure that my activation code is delivered to me as soon as possible. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope Playstore takes action to address such issues for all customers moving forward.
