Township and Playrix Won't Load My Facebook-Linked City

For about a year, I have been playing Township on both my iPhone and my Huawei Matepad 11.5 tablet, and my hard-earned city is linked to my Facebook account. After installing an update on my phone in early April, I tried to log into the game on my tablet and haven't been able to get in since.

When I ran into this issue on my tablet, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping to restore the city linked to my Facebook account. When I click the "download" button to retrieve my city, it redirects me to my browser, which then redirects me back to the already-installed AppGallery app. I'm stuck in this endless loop and can't download my city at all. When I tried installing it through Gbox, I received warnings saying it is "not supported" or to "wait for updates," and this problem has persisted for days.

I am requesting that both Township/Playrix and Huawei/AppGallery work together to ensure my Facebook-linked city opens smoothly on my Huawei Matepad 11.5 tablet, provide the necessary technical support, and resolve this highly frustrating situation. Since I haven't been able to find a solution for days and haven't heard a word back from their support teams, I demand that this issue be investigated immediately.
