Top Eleven Facebook Login Not Working on PC for a Month

I have been unable to log into the Top Eleven game through Facebook on my computer for about a month. Whenever I try to open the game, it simply does not load, and I cannot access the game at all.

I tried to get support through Facebook, but despite my conversations with support, no solution was provided and the problem continues. I cannot access the account I have invested so much time and effort into, and I have also been unable to play the game for a long time.

I am requesting help so that I can log back into Top Eleven through Facebook on my computer without any issues and have this problem permanently resolved.
