PUBG Mobile Not Installing on Huawei MatePad 11.5 Due to Gbox Compatibility Issue

For about one month, I have been unable to install PUBG Mobile on my Huawei MatePad 11.5 device. While trying to install the game, the process fails because the Gbox app on the tablet does not support it.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the device, and other basic troubleshooting methods, but the problem continues. My tablet and the Gbox app are not up to date; however, I have not experienced this type of problem with any other game or application.

I was planning to open a PUBG Mobile account for the first time, but due to this issue, I have been unable to access the game.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
