Play-Doh Slime Ruined My Daughter's Hands

I purchased a pack of 3 Play-Doh slimes from the D&R store for my daughter. But they ended up being really runny and getting stuck all over the place. Not only that, but when I washed my daughter's hands, red blotchy stains showed up. I went back to the store where I bought the product and explained the situation, but the store manager told me to contact customer service and did not offer any help. I wasted my money, and my daughter's hands were ruined. We had to apply cortisone cream. Please look into this problem; I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
