I Got Crumbling Play-Doh Crayons—All Broke Instantly and Made My Child Cry

We bought a pack of Play-Doh colored crayons, trusting the brand name and expecting quality. But every single crayon in the box was defective. As soon as we opened them, they started breaking one after another.
It’s incredibly frustrating—these are supposed to be child-friendly art supplies, yet we had to throw them away after just two days. Even worse, my child was in tears because they couldn’t use their new crayons.
What’s going on with Play-Doh’s quality control? This is not what I expect from a brand that markets itself as safe and premium for children. I’m more than willing to send the product back if needed. But this level of poor quality is unacceptable, and something needs to change.
