PlantIn Charged Without My Consent — I Never Subscribed or Authorized Payment
I never knowingly subscribed to the PlantIn app or signed up for any of its services. I didn’t press any confirmation buttons, nor did I agree to any subscription plans. In fact, I have absolutely no idea how I was registered or how this payment was authorized. Yet, I was surprised to see a charge withdrawn from my card without any notice or confirmation. This is not only unethical but completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was charged to my account. If this issue is not resolved swiftly, I will escalate the matter through every legal and financial channel available. As someone who works in accounting and has lawyer friends, I assure you I will file formal complaints with all relevant authorities if this is not addressed. Take this seriously and return my money.
