PlantIn Charged Me Multiple Times Despite Free Trial and App Deletion

I downloaded the PlantIn app because it claimed to offer a 7-day free trial. Since the app was in English and not very user-friendly for me, I deleted it just a few days later without using it much. I assumed that since I removed the app during the trial period, I wouldn’t be charged. However, to my shock, I discovered that multiple charges—each around ₺300—were made through my mobile line without any warning or authorization.

I never agreed to any subscription, and I certainly didn’t approve these repeated payments. It is extremely frustrating and unfair that an app labeled as "free for 7 days" ends up withdrawing significant amounts from my account. I am determined to pursue this through every legal channel available until my money is refunded and this issue is resolved. I demand an immediate explanation, cancellation of any subscription I never consented to, and full reimbursement of the charges. PlantIn, stop deceiving users and fix this now!
