PlantIn Charged Me Without My Consent After Trial Ended

I only used the PlantIn app for its trial version and never agreed to any subscription. I did not manually subscribe, nor did I authorize any payment. In fact, my card was disabled at the time. But the moment I reactivated my card, the app immediately charged me ₺349.99 without asking for my permission. I didn’t even continue using the app after the trial—I never opened it again. This charge was completely unauthorized. I reached out to Apple Support for assistance, but unfortunately, they didn’t help me at all. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I demand a full refund of the amount that was taken without my consent. PlantIn must review their practices and stop taking money from users without explicit approval.
