PlantIn Charged Without My Consent Despite No Paid Subscription

I downloaded the PlantIn app after seeing it promoted on Instagram, just to explore the features and get some information about plant care. I never subscribed to a paid plan and never authorized any transaction. I simply browsed the app for a short time without initiating any form of membership or payment.

To my shock, I received an email today saying that ₺200 was charged to my account. I never gave permission for this charge and absolutely did not confirm any payment. Even worse, this unauthorized deduction has happened multiple times—at least 5 or 6 times now! I don't understand how an app can get away with repeatedly charging people without their explicit consent.

I demand a full refund for every single charge made to my account without my authorization. Additionally, I want written confirmation that my account is canceled and no future payments will be processed. This is unacceptable behavior, and I expect PlantIn to take immediate action to fix this and ensure no one else is subjected to the same treatment.
