I downloaded the PlantIn app to try out its free plant care trial. I didn’t enjoy the experience, so I deleted the app during the free trial period and thought that was the end of it. However, to my shock, I discovered this morning that ₺206 had been withdrawn from my account without any notice or approval.
I did not agree to any subscription, and I no longer use the app. I also canceled the subscription via Apple to ensure no further charges would occur. I reached out to PlantIn via Instagram in both Turkish and English, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a company, especially one operating globally.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺206 that was withdrawn from my account without my consent. The company must also stop charging users after free trials, especially when the app has been uninstalled and subscriptions canceled. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly.
