Garena Free Fire Error Login Issue – Request Account Access and Compensation


I play Free Fire on an Android phone and I am currently unable to log in to my account. When I try to enter the game, an error window appears saying “ERROR – Network connection error – Failed to retrieve account data: 2” and I cannot get past this screen. This problem started recently and I have tried everything on my side, such as changing and checking my internet connection, restarting the device and similar basic solutions, but nothing has worked and the error keeps repeating. Because of this issue, I cannot access my account at all. Today is the last day of the Magic Cube event and I am extremely upset and stressed that I cannot enter the game at such a critical moment and may miss the event. I am requesting that my login problem be urgently fixed, my account access restored as soon as possible, and that my loss regarding the Magic Cube and the event be compensated, as this situation is caused by a technical error that is not my fault. I am sharing screenshots showing the error message on the login screen and I kindly ask you to examine my account and solve this glitch immediately.
If it is not solved now then I ll not play the game and never top up and say other players that Brand did not help us and it's only AI platform that just listen and do nothing.
